Return window
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused, with all seals, labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return unless it arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@nisargalaya.com with your order number, product details, photos of the product and outer packaging, and reason for return. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll share a return shipping label or return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, leaks and wrong items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 24–48 hours if the item is leaking, broken, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Clear photos and unboxing images/videos help us process such claims faster.
Non‑returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Products that are opened, used, or with tampered seals.

Items purchased on sale / during special promotions, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards, vouchers or free gifts.

Products returned after the 30‑day window.
Due to hygiene regulations and safety concerns, most personal care and cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened, so returns are very limited for such items.
If you have any doubt about a specific item, please contact us before placing the order or before raising a return request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Shipping charges (including COD convenience fees, if any) are usually non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, confirmed damage/leakage, etc.). If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@nisargalaya.com.
