Our main intent is to satisfy our customers. However, if the products are opened or damaged then they cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
If there any issues regarding quality of the product, we will exchange the product. You can give us a call within 3 days of delivery. You can find our customer care details (contact number or mail Id) on our website.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
Return/exchange/replacement of goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by the Nisargalaya Team. For this follow steps as mentioned below:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 working hours, post confirmation from our customer service team we will arrange the pickup
- Step 4: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact and in saleable condition.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, the exchange/refund process will be completed within 10-12 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.

- The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
- In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card etc.
- However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of exchange/return:
- Place your item in its original packaging.
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
- Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by Nisargalaya team.
